    Gotvthid dash here has a eeprom Atmel 142 anybody can tell me what eeprom is cheers

    I believe it's a 93C46 in that one, but not sure.

    The Sportster i did had 93C46, but please check if it is not 24C01. If the ground is on pin4 then it might be 24. If the ground is on pin 5 then it is 93.

    hey javyb how did u get the chrome surround and cover off
    ive got the same speedo here and trying to remove to chrome ring but dont want to wreck it

    You have to pry it back gently, working your way around it till it will come off. There is no way to do it so you can't tell.

    hi thanks clusters
    this seedo has been changed and has 9000 kms on it and i want to make it 24000
    so ill see if he wants me to come over and just put a signal generator on the speedo sensor wires and get it up that way instead of damaging the speedo

    Might be the best way, but it will take around 70 hours.

    You can only feed so fast a signal to them before error.

    hi guys i pulled my dash apart and its slightly different to pic above
    does anyoen know what chip i need to read
    there is a small 8 pin chip with mzc 3339 on it
