maybe tms370 adapter with faulty?maybe is solution?

I add on adapter 4MHz quartz and two capacitors 22pF.

read ok,verify ok,write ok,verify ok.

I have problem " Bootloader inistilisation error " in tms 370C036 ( tms from iaw 6r.30 twingo ,tool : xprog v5.55 clone with dongle ) I use adapter P/C:1 002-0002
on this adapter written Plcc28 but it is an Plcc44 , is that right or I m wrong ?

how did you find this solution, maybe I need also to ad some parts to adapter
