Hello all together,
I have a problem with a 2004 BMW 530d with 218hp!
After a remap from a tuner the car goes in Limp Mode with the Error (0401) 4501 EGR.
But the funny thing is that the EGR are deactivated!
I already contacted a few people but no one can find the Error.
With the original file the car runs great ?!
Can anybody look at the file?

Uh.. that's dont see nice.. someone really like % tune :-) % is anywhere.... lazy tuner.
make reclamation for EGR OFF because it's not off. And they really like removing DTC only

and with ori file egr you dont have any problem?

Stage 1,2,3, DPF+EGR+SCR+FLAPS+TVA+CAT (all off)
VAG ME7 LC+ALS+NLS+2step, VAG MED9.1 LC+ALS+NLS, EDC17 LC+HARD CUT
POPS & BANGS (Schubabschaltung, Crackles) on allmost every petrol
