    It is not on car, it is on another PCB. But i think is 93C46E, but i'm not sure

    Always you can do reverse engineering ..where is GND and VCC look in datasheet 93c46 for pinout and compare with pcb signals

    Yes I have do that. But some eeprom have the same pin for GND and Vcc.
