Default VW Touran EGR (EDC16 - EGR OFF)

Hello, I tried to turn of the EGR from a VW Touran but I don't know if I did it right.

Can someone check my MOD and adjust it if the EGR doesn't turned of correctly ?

    Thanks in advance!

I don't understand what did you changed to close the EGR. I load your MOD into WinOLS and connect the windows between your and my MOD. The different in your file is at beginning adress 0D6060 and ends in adress 0D60A0. The second begins from 0D60E0 and ends at 0D6100. You changed the values from zero to 04000 and 03000. But why ? But I think the other part I did it right with the switch on/off hysteresis for the EGR or ? Is it enough to turn off the EGR with that what I did do in my MOD ? And why I must unplug the EGR ? I though when I close the EGR it will doesn't open anymore. And when I load your file WinOLS says me that are there checksums which must corrected. When I load my file all checksums are correct.

Is there any way to close the EGR without unplugging it ?

The change of the hysteresis is sufficient to be in a closed position EGR

So what I did with my file is sufficient, that's very good. And I don't get DTC's or something else if I don't unplug the EGR ? Or do I must delete the DTC's out of the file too ? If yes, how can I do that ?
