I can't update my DSP3+, even can't do Active functions, trying it now over a week, always getting poor internet message, but everything ok, Im try two different networks, always the same. Any suggestions?

i had the same problem couple of weeks ago.
you must download the file on they side and you good to go again.

had the same problem tried for over a week kept telling me what to do , got to the point that i sent it back convinced i was doing something wrong.... it was returned working and hasnt missed a beat since , but with no fault found.

still struggling with v/w though must be me unlucky 19 straight fails and one work but put airbag light on ...all went with chinese equipment grrrr getting too old
