Hello everyone. I am having an issue with my dsp3. In May of 2019 I purchased full update and all cars were unlocked. Then when I went to update a couple of months later most of my 2014-2016 cars along with other random models are now locked. Most frustrating is the Dodge ProMaster, I used to do a lot of them but then one day it turned red. Anybody else have this issue or a suggestion to fix it? Some 2018 still unlocked.

I purchased my machine from a friend so he is still in charge of the account (contacting smelecom, buying updates etc.) but he will not help me.

Contact smelecom china they will help u. No machine is locked to the owner as long as you give the machine id they can help you

2018 and 2019 Toyota Camry model SE is success with smelecom dsp3. Please do not forget to read flash this before you adjust. Read flash takes about 10 minutes. Do not write flash just read flash then go back and use 1st option to read and write. Make sure soldering is good. Picture below. camry 18-19 dsp3.jpg

Hi guys, wondering if you could help, purchased a second hand Smelecom Freezer for a BMW X3 xDrive 2.0d M Sport which was manufactured in 2019 so will be a G01 model (seller assures me that it came from the exact same car but he is a business user and will be handing has back shortly and is getting a Merc).

Anyway fitted this morning and when pressing the B/C and Mode button both indicators flash on the dash and then after 10sec the left indicator on the dash flashes which should mean that the mileage is frozen. Took it out for a run and on checking the displays the trip mileage is frozen but the odometer still increases. If I press the B/C and Mode buttons again the right hand indicator flashes and when I start driving the odometer and trip computer operate as normal.

The dash is a new virtual style dash only one cable behind the panel
Any ideas where I am going wrong??

Hi guys. Tried a 2006 BMW 325 (E90) today with CAS2. Cluster went fine, but my DSP3 would not do the CAS at all. Cluster plug adapter failed, so I opened it and HCs12 adapter failed. "UNKNOWN ERROR". Has anyone experienced this before? I tried a few things but ran out of time for the appointment and just put it back together.

hello guys. i tried activating my vagprog and it keeps coming up with different errors :FAILED TO READ HARDWARE VERSION: 63, 2e, FAILED TO REFRESH FILES 2, . firmware update works, but still cannot activate because of these errors, any help
