Disconnect battery for 5 min for DTC erase and hours are usually not displayed on F-150, not any I have done. Usually reads it blank

I have this in my menu, try 2013 or 2012
If things black out and don't come back on, just disconnect battery and reconnect

a friend of mine had it that sayed poor connection.
after copy the 2 files everything was working again.

Hi guys , I just got my smelecom. Does option 38- new a6,a7,a8 obd+eprom works fine, is it 100% safe ?

Yes works fine there are 2 versions full colour screen like a7 and touareg and normal screen in a6 both versions work fine
