Generally speaking, the help desk is available specific hours, like 9am-5pn Monday to Friday, China time zone.

My friend's dsp has a code.
0239 there cis sometrhing wrong with your machine,..... Internet.exe to do firmware flash.
I can't connect to wifi because the keyboard won't come up for me to inter the password. There is no 'Start Button' bar at the botton of the screen and when it is there's nop keyboard option. Thanks in advanced to anyone that can help.
