I’m having a problem with my Smelecom. I’m getting an 0239 Error. See pics.
I have reset the device and updated software. And it won’t let me complete a firmware update. Still same error messages when I try to use it. See pics.
i have emailed tech support and said I need to replace the pcb from and order from sales department.
First time having a issue. Is this part I have to replace myself or send the machine in to get fixed ?

I am not familiar with the error you describe, but can say that they advertise a 10 year hardware warranty on the DSP3. I have shipped mine to China and back with a turn around time of one week.

I think I was getting similar issue and they told me the same thing I ended up buying the board but never installed it because it started working back again with the internet.exe files they sent me. tbh I don't even know if that fixed the problem. most likely you don't need that board I have one I never used

I just confirmed it I had the same code and it got fixed by the 2 files they sent me internettemp and the internet.exe file. actually it still have me problems even with the new files but I somehow got it to update eventually and it just started working in its own out of nowhere knock on wood

Fixed. I replaced the PCB. They sent me a replacement pcb and I soldered in the new one myself and device is running normal again.

Hi, someone tested polo 2013 johnson controls with smelecom? I have vag dash can jc it works only on older models, the 2013 version jump back, at that time i was 2 weeks to late to exchange the license to uhds so smok said not possible anymore (good service!!!). thanks for your answer.

using USAprog, i have usaprog connected to SGW plugs. i get error 0073 Failed to initialize CAN. does anyone know what is the issue?
i also removed cluster. try on the bench. still same error.
