when trying in car it is saying “dissacordance between software serial number and smart box serial number”

is is there a fix for this?

on new dodge ram there is a “security gateway module” and you can read failt coded but not delete. Ppl are saying you can delet fault codes only with factory tool at dealer or need to put a bypass behind the dash


has tried it clearing the code using launch tool?

i have the tool, but i dont have RAM 2018 model to try it on
