It's original 100% because I am distributor and this is from Launch-Europe Gmbh...
It's fairy tale about blocking serial number. I loved if they block, then I will get New Unit

Can still update blocked serial numbers etc

Tested 2 diaguns
Both cannot charge with cable but only wall charger
Copy wall charger is ok
Cables copy or original not ok
Never mind it's confusing

Can you try with original charger. I thinks that you will get same result but you can try.
I have one problem like this and problem is in Main Board in Main Unit

Yes my friend Dr. Bojan know how to update his machine but if it has a genuine tools. why shoud try the other way to update.
Lauch can do this job.
BTW I don't belive you can charge your Diagun DA using USB cable.
Of course any S/N can be updated even item are banned by Lauch company

Last legal update is 2012-02-01 and after that customer don't update. I see now that last update is in May/April ...
Now I understand what and how Chines guys work, I was thinks that they buy one legal units and clone serial number, software, but they working on different way.
If they block serial number only legal units have problem, All clones still work and can update by black site like j.xxxxxx.com

It's too complicate to explain but nothing wrong for you. For Clone units is good, for dealers, branches, HQ etc... is problem

Does anyone's diagun charge via the USB cable? My new unit does not even if use a phone USB cable
I'm sure my old unit could!?

Bit confused as a phone charger from Samsung works fine but not a USB cable

I think in new Diagun no charge via USB.
Launch change cable USB.
My friend test new Diagun -also no charging.
Use old cable.

Go the vehicle file
See if you have 4 pictures? If so delete the black and white
Or copy and paste from old file and delete black and white if needed
