Online or Offline better?

Just Bought Easydiag3.0Serial 976990017xxx for upgrade to Pro V3 and I have few questions if someone can make it clear:
1.If online: is not risky that in near future launch will force app to update firmware to a newest one and lock the interface??
2.If I go for offline first (03-2018) It will be possible to change firmware and go for online later on?
3.Online and offline: Do I need first to activate the interface using activation code (this will just destroy the upgrade possibility ) or better write "the correct" firmware without any activation ?

i share my last update from 2013 for launch diagun 2, i tried some but never work... i read the messages on the board and some people have devices from 2008. maybe is not so actual but works fine to me.

Google drive link (never down)... just replace your VEHICLE folder. MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE JUST FOR SECURITY REASONS!!!!!!!

Hello everyone,

I am now waiting for my tool 3.0 to arive soon so I am making my mind clear how when what and so on... But I am still a bit confused could anyone help me out?

After I recieve and unpack it, firstly I flash it with st-link, then get it connected online register the device and buy 1 year subscribtion from launch for 50E and after this I will be able to download any brand because of the flash right?

OR there is other right way to make it work?

my next movement its update my diagun with some like the yellow conector and a tablet, but the info its confusing

I just bought Launch X431 PRO+Easydiag 2.0 bluetooth-interface from auction. All software has deleted from the tablet, is it possible to recover it somehow? Activation code/username and password unknown.

You should be able to update the tool up to the point where the initial subscription expired VIA the official Launch website.
