EDC16U34 strange problem

Hi i have this car superb bmp 03g906021qp software 395411 and the problem is with clima the fans not starting at all when i swap ecus not same number with immo off the fans starting fine.I have put the file from old to new spare but then the fans not starting.I have problem with soft?can somebody check it?Also tried to put from another same ecu soft but the same result.Maybe the problem is with eeprom?

flash is ok only dpf and agr . eeprom i dont have any original . use any eeprom file from edc16u34 and do immo off for test

I have solved the problem with another ecu.the spare ecu was from audi 03G906021 GN when i did immo off the fans worked ok.Then for test i wrote the the flash and eeprom from the old to new one.The result was bad the fans not working.I am trying to understand the reason because i tried two different files from same number ecu without success.What strange fault is this?

i solved similar problem. Problem with first temperature sensor.
