edc16c ford focus 1.6tdci Bad contact BDM -dead ecu

we flashed this ecu perfect with a mod, then customer comes back as has a dtc, so we had new file made,
and couldnt write back mod,
I think possibly bdm probe/s maybe not on exactly,
any one know what to check on ecu ?
all looks ok no burnt components, and no heat when we connected,
just need ecu working, now, where to start ? thanks
i have backed up eeprom and flash so not so bad if Fried and need replace,
be nice to try and repair tho !!!

you have any pictures of ecu to see if there is any damage

now you cant connect bdm interface ?
what about obd ?

No cant communicate with OBD for DTC scanner, no read or id on BDM,
Theres no damage that i can see on Board, try put a photo up later,

as i have flash and eeprom backed up, I can get any serial number ecu ?
Bosch edc16c from a focus ? Yes
or is it better to match number and re flash my good read,

Bosch number must be same 0281xxxxxxx
