BMW E90 MSD81.2 Misfire detection

Hi guys please i have three fault code error in dme :
1) 0029CF Misfire detection cylinder 3 in 2 firing order
2) 0029DO Misfire detection cylinder 4
3) 0029CC Misfire detection error summation
The dme is msd81.2 and i saw 2 IRF644Β and 4 FQB25N33 MOSFET
I replace dme , cas , and key, from other car and car working fine.
With ori dme car after 100m drive appear this three fault code.
Please how can fix this problem ?

just check mosfet legs supply & drain for short to ground
