2007 Skoda Octavia VRS Tdi strange problem

Customer came to me with the above car it had DPF light on so I scanned the car and it came up with a strange dtc SAE - reserved by document ISO 15031-6 (screen shot attatched) so I thought id put an original file on this car, once I loaded an original map I got two error codes P0546 sensor 1 for exhaust temp bank 1 short to plus and second one Exhaust pressure sensor 1 (g450) and glow plug light flashing car not driving properly so I got my tuner to turn dpf and egr off which he did but these fault codes was still present so we tried to delete dtc out of ecu but car still in limp mode. if I flash original read all is fine. I attatch both files and screenshots hoping someone can shed some light on this
