Hi, I'm looking for someone that can repair a 2005 BMW E60 CR84580 CCC_VORLADEN CASCADE unit please as the iDrive display screen will very briefly flash BMW or a grey screen sometimes and the CD or DVD player is constantly whirring away, but will not operate at all. If more information is required, please let me know. Many thanks, John

1. How can I know HW-Version from my CCC ?
2. Update from this CD´s ist same like update with a WinKfp or ISTA-P ?

any idea why the system wont let me download even though logged in ..is it because I'm new ..a bit strange ......
