I have the same problema with error P1259 on a Ford Fiesta 1.6 from 2007.
I've managed to read eeprom 95160 from ECO Bosch 028011612, but couldn't read the instrument cluster on table and later will try on car with original Carprog.
The car suddendly stop and both ecu and dash are original. Read somewhere that could be the imobilizer reader and I've open it and remade the connections, so everything is ok.
Can somebody point me what else can I do, after reading the instrument cluster? I have Ford all in one software but don't know how to work with it,
