On partial obd read you can only guess by sw number if tprotected or not, need full bootmode dump to be sure. Normally 103739xxxx is not tprot if 103751xxxxx probably yes, for your 103750xxxx i would say no, but who knows.

if you want to make a test by obd ,try write the mod file.
if is TProt kess he give a message that ecu is Tuning Protection.
if have TP then open ,read by bdm and post here dump.
i remove TP for you
