Mercedes ML W163 2004 key programming after AAM and CDI ecu replace...

Hello mates. That W163 '2004 have EAM with DAS, AAM and CDI ecu. I bought car without CDI ecu and AAM. I run car using emulator, bought AAM and working. But now I want to use key and remote, also electric windows and mirrors, because never worked. So, I opened EAM (HC05 1D69J), DAS (HC05 1D69J), CDI (5P08) and AAM (HC705 0G47V). In key is such PCF. What I should to read to attach here, to complete coding procedure using SD? I can read transponder using china carprog, such data is visible...

CDI: 0 281 010 796
AAM: 163 545 00 16
EAM: 163 545 90 32
DAS: 163 545 28 32

for transponder generate,read DAS(FBS)
after start,you can remote learning
hold close button and put 5 x open

Must put CDI to virgin state (modify eeprom same you have did before put emulator) , carprog will programm key , but you need virgin PCF7930AS or PCF7935AS , old transponder from key you can put to trash . After use Star to personalize CDI and programm remote

carprog which i using do w163 to 2000 year, after 2000 not. so when I will make cdi eeprom to virgin state and use new pcf transponder, all the rest steps can I make using Star?

Sure carprog doesnt do ? , if not then AVDI , or manually read motorola , and do key with tango or etc. tool . As STAR will not programm blank transponder .

Hello, There is a progress. I read dumps HC705x32's from AAM and DAD(FBS). I have also new PCF transponder ready to write. What Should I do first to start car? AAM was bought new one (used from another ML), DAS (FBS) is orginal, but engine control module (CDI) is used, till now car worked using emulator, but now I want to have working immo. Please help.

Mates, please generate key from EAM (file DAS-FBS) attached above... i haven't tool to generate mb eam based key, only carprog to write data to transponder....

Hello guys, I have AD900 to program transponder but I can't find w163 in Mercedes Benz list, only such ID numbers or something another. What to choose to put dump to PCF7935 I bought for it?

I see no w163 available to use with AD900... In list is ml320 - type "33 rolling code", and what does it mean? No way to open key dump and write it to transponder using this tool?

Hello. I still have a problem with this car. I mean Mercedes ML W163 2004 EAM/DAS based.

I read EAM dump.

For car starting I use cdi2 emullator.

Now I desolder emulator, bought gambit key maker and write key1 (used) from my EAM dump.

Switched ignition on using new, 7935AS transponder written as key1 using gambit and 'Start Error' message in dash.

So, What i do wrong? Should I modify cdi eeprom as virgine, when I stop using emulator and start using transponder key?

Please help.

I used virginized dump for ECU, but still 'Start Error'.

No dtc, but das 'not personalized and no activated' in cdi ecu.
I DAS:
- key in ignition : -----
- transponder learned : yes
- transponder is interlocked: yes
- drive authorisation status: through brake switch (SA)

what is wrong? after emulator using, i write virgine dump to cdi ecu and write new pcf7935as using gambit special function 'ML EAM based' key1...

ok after program keys u.r work in das and eam is finsh
naw usay u virginized dump for ECU still need do sync eam to ecu by mb star tool or anther tool
then car will start normally
in the way please can u sher wher u pay emoulatore
