Does anybody else have a problem with the new HU162 - 8 Cut for Golf 7? I think it's on clamp B and the key doesn't grip properly. Why don't they change the clamp to the other side just as they did with the 9 and 10 cut? It would hold better.

Hello, just got a Condor XC-MINI. When calibrating the tool instruction says the drill protrusion should me less then 2cm but when I set it to less the tool will not go down enough and calibration fails. Should it be more than 2cm not less???

Put PROBE deeper that cutter (5mm is ok)
once you start calibration , cutter first touch clamp , and stop, then move down probe to touch clamp too

I always mount cutter deeper, and then move it little back

For MINi PLUS is 3.1.2

with olrder FW APP via Bt not find device, after Update FW , device is recognize via BT , this same like Dolphin or other tools

you not even say what FW is your machine

Yes, I know that. I watch all the videos on line and following the manual. It says insert the cutter all the way up so the distance A is less than 2cm. When I do that the calibration will not complete because the cutter does not touch the clamp.

Also, sometimes calibration will not start. The machine will be stuck on the 2 spinning circles for ever. Then you have to turn power off/on and try again. That happens randomly, clamp 1 or 2. I'll update the machine and try again.

OK, was able to calibrate the machine after a few tries. I think it is good to go now.

I try to cut the BMW HU92 key. Cuts OK, key opens the door but the cutter goes to deep and the uncut area is very thin. Is there a way of adjusting this?
