I am now having issues with Dolphin cutting HON77 keys. Have three customers waiting

These were working fine earlier this month.

I´ve created a profile with two "fake" cuts (always 1) and shared on the app marketplace. Hope it helps while XHorse gets it sorted.

Yeah, yesterday, but I am in a different timezone and didn´t got a reply until today. Talking about the usual stuff, updating the firmware (already 1.5.1), doing universal key duplication (I am cutting from code, cannot do it) and so.

I think it might be related to the latest V73 database, because it was working earlier this month. Do you know any easy way to roll the DB back?

I have tried to cut one of these today and the Dolphin cut it ok
the problem is the depth of the cut is wrong

Is there a fix for this ?

Manual machine - No problem

Automatic - need to make a small spacer about 0,7mm-0,8mm - from sheet metal - About the same thickness of a lot vehicles.
So you can make it from an old door of a car, from the junkyard.
Same problem with Toyota one side cut. Same solution with this.
I have not used the Dolphin with this spacer, but other automatic machine works fine.
I guess I can test the Dolph also, one day.

This is issue since day one with all Condors... It won't be fixed.
Weasel3 has shared the best solution for it.

I think Miracle machines have the same problem with VA2 emergency too.

The Dolphin has a problem with BW9 keys they don't cut deep enough the cutter is set at 1mm in the app
you need to cut it at 1.4mm then recut it again at 1.4mm so your taking an extra 0.8mm off each side of the key

Made a emergecy blade hu64 with the dolphin for a mercedes sl 2005. key works on doorlock but not on trunk. How can that be? Customers key works on both. It was an cgdi emergency blade.
