Hi all I'm trying to make a key profile for the dolphin EU21P 4 track internal M2 clamp side B (customize key data)
I'm having problems
the decoding side the key is working perfect (a friend cut the code on his Futura Pro)
the cutting side is where I'm struggling any pointers would be grateful

Is on main board. I replace it on my machine. Need take motherboard out beacuse is on very bad potition. If I remember is 1220 battery

Done yesterday a key for master 2012 va2eh2, cut by decode by dolphin xp005
customers pick up the key from my and says it goes in but not spin the lock

does the xp005 get problems with them?

the same time i cut a hu83 and there work without problem

when was your cutter last updated ?
this is fixed with the new update

The cutter got the newest software and firmware.
But there is a bug in the software as the master do not use va2 keys but va6

sir, learn original key and cut key, then contrast the details. when you cut key, should keep it put as require and stable.

Hi my xc mini km03 not start turn on but on screen show only condor xc mini v7.10 and on down side show sn:KM03726138 how to fix this?
Solved i clear all data and re install last update now work normaly
