    Same problem i have had.
Dont put the tip, near the grooves as described, But further in.
This way the shoulder part without profile, is more clamped.

And hold and press it down, before clamping it tight.
    Then it stays in 100%.

I am keeping my machine warm, then it is allright. So i guess that i will need to change the display.
As soon as it goes under about 10 degrees it is off to calibrate mode.
I have had contact with support, i will post the final solution.

It looks that way! I wonder if i am the first one ever to have this problem.
So there could be moisture in to the layers of the screen causing this?
I do not want to tinker to much, i am relieved that it is working now.
But i need a proper solution, and hope to hear from the support soon!
    Thanks,

I test with CY24 silca key
I try it with ilco JMA keyline and silca blanks

    All do the same
It just barely misses touching by less than 1/4 of mm

I would love someone to upload a video so I can see it on another machine

Try to lower both probe and cutter about 1mm. Then recalibrate and try again.
Are you running the same software version as Sleepryz?

    Thanks,
yes these can have not a 100% seal or the seal delaminates slightly allowing moisture to enter.

really wants warming up to drive moister out and you could put glue or silicone or something around the edge avoiding getting any glue etc inbetween the layers.

Can't remember exactly but I did open to have a look at quality etc and I think the screens on these are off the shelf so probably could get a cheap replacement.
