Any custom files remains in your machine, until you update.
After any updates, you just need to synchronize 1 time using your customfiles.
Did you try to cut it as a DH4R?

I tried with the DH4R to decode and still the cuts are too much to the shoulder.

I cut a HU46 to the manufacturers code for a customer. They have just contacted me saying that the key works in all locks but is difficult to remove from the locks.
Has anyone had this issue before? Is this likely due to a problem with the key cutting or do you think the lock just needs lubricated?

If the customer insert and remove the key a few times it will slide easier unless it's really hard to pull out.

Thanks, i'll check with the customer.
They just said it was difficult to remove.

First thing that popped to my mind was whether the lock needs lubricated to loosen it off.

Don't have the key to hand just now, i'll post photo once i get the key in hand.

I was just trying to kickstart the fault finding process. What are the common causes for keys being difficult to remove from the lock?
I've never had any issues with HU46 cut to key code before.
