Same problem that i have had.
Probe whas to high, i lowered it, and recalibrated.
I placed a 0.75 mm plate underneed the Toy40 emergency key, then clamped it.
A lishi master keyblade works fine, it does Not need to be the total full 3mm.

Keys Code is ok, read with silca and same Code, problem is initial cut, not the same check photo, middle key is original, the other cut by mini condor. Recut by silca key cutter and now works.

My self made key file for these keys cut key correctly .Exact as middle photo .

tested on all different key blades i had in stock and working perfect.(original and more narrow and with Sharp point)
