Do not update to version 5.1.0. Its in Chinese. What a waste of my time that was. This is starting to look like amateur hour. Get a release engineer please. Test the version you want to release, make sure its at least in the right language. Document the changes. Then publish the release. Its not that difficult a process. And please fix GT15R. XCMini cuts the tip off the key, as many others have said. Its not the keys, its the key cutting machine. Does this with Silca keys.

Thanks to this info, I buy XC mini recently and my version are V:5.0.4

you have at least figured out how to cut the key thought right?

since its a shoulder stop key you can easiily remove and put back in without losing spot

let it cut the first side then hit pause

pull key out hit resume and let it move to other side of key

hit pause again and reinsert the key

hit play and allow it to cut second side

i know you shouldnt have to do this but it will work for now right?

There are a few ways to cut a GT15R to take allowances for the machine's poor behaviour. From taking the key out half way through and starting againwith the key flipped, to filing the tip off the key and making a lesser point on the blank.

My post way mostly about the poor release of software by xhorse. From not announcing to not saying what is fixed. I guess this is the side effect of doing things on the cheap. I dont see why it has to be like this though.

HU134 is also incorrect. Its only used on Kia Venga I'll grant you. But on XCmini it cuts the wrong corners off! See attached pic. The correct cut key is on the left. The XCmini cuts the one on the right (note the length of cutting isnt correct either).

So I spent an hour figuring out how to make the correct key using the Key Data Customization Tool, using measurements from Instacode, a digital caliper, and a key which kinda works cut on a Triax.
The software really could benefit from some documentation examples. Especially how to get it cutting the correct corners (hint on Step3: Spaces, leave side A blank and enter your spaces onto side B only). Then add a few more spaces to get the length of cutting correct.
The resulting key actually fits the lock better than the one cut on a Triax.
If there were a way to upload just the card I made it would be really cool, but it seems the software lacks export a card function.
Also all the tool tips and error messages are in Chinese, which isnt very good for English speakers (Google translate with camera option works, but shouldnt need to).
If these simple bugs were fixed, and it had a way to export and import individual cards, people would be able to fix a lot of the cutting bugs, and XHorse could just test and incorporate them into the software.

Any sign of dimple key cutting ? I know development costs money, but the software is pretty much written. Need to release the correct cone cutting tips and fix the above bugs, and I'm sure someone would write the cards for you.

i have a big problem with my xc-mini condor KM003 i make the last update 5.1.1 she work good 1 week but yesterday when i put on i have internal error 1(-2) (see a picture) i try repair with upgrade kit 1.3.5 i downgrade the soft is good but the same always error when i try repair "fix internal error 1 or 2" always i have upgrade failed if someone have this problem and fix it thanks for help

I have the same problem, messaged xhorse, they used team viewer, updated and said it is fixed. Still the same problem and defenetly not fixed.

I opened up the machine to see if I could find any "internal errors". Straight away I saw this. (Zoom in to see).
I use the emergency stop button to turn the machine on and off. It looks like it's been rubbing against the cord every time I do that.

I just paid for and received another condor xc mini and now I will just switch it off by the electricity switch.
