Run the motor tests on each motor axis for at least 30secs - 1 minute, then try to calibrate again.

I have had same problem before, usually for me was caused by cold temperature on Van

what is the operating temperature for this machine?

axis will freeze once it started for 1 sec then sieze up!
i banged on the machine a couple times and all of sudden it started working..maybe key shavings stuck inside caused it!!

difference between mini and mini plus?

when will dolphin be released?

i have M3 tibbe clamp, it does not cut right, it starts to cut half way up the fin on the tibbe blade, and goes all way to tip/clamp edge

it never starts at the bottom of the fin, like it should for cut number 1

there is no calibration method for M3 clamp, what do i do? anyone successfully cut tibbe on m3 clamp

i am on version 5.1.6, photo attach shownig first cut of my tibbe being half way up the blade

I had same issue with my clamp. Sent details to Samic. No response since 5 months now.

Im not sure it is a clamp problem, looks more like a calibration issue in the software?

It is clamp issue. Your key isn’t going deep enough inside

that's why there is an adjusting bolt mate ... to adjust it to fit

It wont help mate. Its not going deep enough even with bolt removed. At least in my case

back out screw all the way

tap in key with small plastic hammer to seat into clamp!!!!!!!!!!
