Exactly. These faults haven't been corrected for years.

So here's the deal with the ym15

in their infinite wisdom the xhorse team decided to set the maximum key blank length in the custom key tool and I believe in the entire machine to 3000 or 30 mm

the problem comes with this key blank being 33 mm and the Condor allows another mm around the tip to pass by as it goes to side B

this is impossible for this machine to do the only way to cut this key is to have your hand ready to pull the blade back so it doesn't hit the tip..............

Xhorse could fix this they choose not to.......

I can't even fix it myself with the custom key tool!!!!!

It only allows max 30mm key blank length in the program

maybe we can ask Mr. PremierD to make a sticky-sticky post about the know and never fixed errors. Like in the first post or something. All errors in one place and we don't make useless posts this errors in every few months.
Sir, are you classified as human? Negative, I am a meat popsicle

Has anyone cutted a Triumph key with Dolphin machine? I was surprised of not finding Triumph on the database. With a bit of measuring and information from here and there, I think this is the right cutting info:

Has anyone cutted this key already and can offer some help?

    Cut by bitting

    Zd10

    Enter cuts

    Hit cut key

    You are welcome

Thanks button is on lower left corner

If in vehicle database go to BMW cycles (other) or go to Yamaha various models and click on zd10

    Hi!
I have found a few keys (motorcycles mostly) that need a diferent profile in the key tip, but some of the blanks doesn't have that tip profile. How do you cut these? It would be great if the Dolphin could have a "tip shaping" cut for these blanks.

Letīs say a Yamaha key, Silca YH35H blank. This is a chinese blank:

    HTB1qva4VXzqK1RjSZFvq6AB7VXa1.jpg

But the real key has a different tip profile:
    1400679_111001135146_17.jpg

Iīve filed these to fit, but would be great if itīs part of the key cutting routine (like the 9th cut on VAG keys).
