I think my tracer when it comes down to touch the top of the calibration block isn't detecting correctly
It sort of hits on it hard
And on his video it just gently touch the top
Mine makes a solid thunk noise

It might appear that way, butt if you run the same Software version, it should be the same.
And the moving speed, in the settings: if you seth it to lowest, is there a slower calibration proces?
Conductivity tells the needle that it made contact, so that is a all or nothing thing.

Did you lower the needle, and cutter and 1mm, did this have any effect!

Many have tried to reach Samic, true This forum, P.Ms, Skype etc.
There does not seem to be any reasanable support.

If there whas no D.K., we would not have any support at all!

More then a month ago my Condor master failed me.
The only bit off support, whas update software, which i allready used.
Then i asked them, if i could buy a new touchscreen. And i have heard nothing since.

So i have to say, Xhorse needs to do something.
If Samic or Condorsupport is not capable ennough to advice on repairs, then attleast they should us sell parts.

Providing us with parts catalogs, would be a good start!

Usually, when I have been in such trouble(something burnet or failed) I send them video of the problem, then send them the failed part and they return me a replacement.
I suggest you to try this. Because their engineers, I mean the people who actually can support you, usually don't speak english and a video helps a lot. If you just send them questions in words it is harder for them to understand and probably it is hard for Samic to explain to them too(if he is still in the company). So they tend to postpone their replies for indefinite time...

Only Ford clamp need to be ordered separately.
My advice is to buy it together with VVDI BGA tool.

It comes without ford/sx9 adapter, you need to buy it separately.
I made a lot of Benz with it, YM15 and HU64 without problem on tracing and cutting too.
