Manual machine - No problem
Automatic - need to make a small spacer about 0,7mm-0,8mm - from sheet metal - About the same thickness of a lot vehicles.
So you can make it from an old door of a car, from the junkyard.
Same problem with Toyota one side cut. Same solution with this.
I have not used the Dolphin with this spacer, but other automatic machine works fine.
I guess I can test the Dolph also, one day.
This is issue since day one with all Condors... It won't be fixed.
Weasel3 has shared the best solution for it.
I think Miracle machines have the same problem with VA2 emergency too.
Made a emergecy blade hu64 with the dolphin for a mercedes sl 2005. key works on doorlock but not on trunk. How can that be? Customers key works on both. It was an cgdi emergency blade.
hello, this happened to me too, the restraint part of the key was a little behind.

Might be a cutter diameter causing this.
There is a cutter diameter warning, use 1.5mm.
If ignored, you can cut with 2 or 2.5mm
A 2.0, or 2.5 leaves a small contact point, with wafer.
And the radius, of the cut, nearest to shoulder, the bigger the radius, the deeper the key slides in.
This last shoulder cut, should align all cuts with the wafer positions.
The complete removal, of the single sided shoulder, is a must, to proper align. and you allready did that.

I always cut keys with 1.5 mm. Bevor i cut the key a made a visual confirmation, everything was like it should be. Hu-2 and Hu-3 was a to steep in radius, Hu-0 was ok, the cuts looked the same. But... did not work in trunk.
