My xc condor mini 1 is getting very loud when cutting. Like a screeching sound when it cuts the blade. Sometimes it’s doesnt but lot of the times it does. Anything I can do to help? Maybe a maintenance I need to go over? Also this issue is with brand new blades as well. Have it for 1 1/2 year now. Besides that cuts no problems

Please do some work on the HU64 in the APP.
    Decode:

HU64-1 Get numbers and cut exactly the same blade.
Result: different than original, but some similarity. Does not work in the lock cylinder.

    Then take a new blade.

HU64-3 write in the same numbers decoded.
Result: Looks more like original cut blade, but not 100%. And also work in the lock cylinder as original does.

for the HU64 , it has 3 types , hu64-1 ,hu64-2, hu64-3 , it is only the tip is different about those 3 types , the angel is not the same , if you can not make sure which if your key ,you can use universal decode to copy one exact the same key ,

    Mercedes MB blades HU64.jpg

I use this pictures as a reference.
Those two in the middle, I choose as HU64-1.

I tried to decode Universal on side B on the clamp. It would not sense the key, when I tried. But I can do some more tests in the Universal part, locally. To be prepared.

Yes there is some work to do here. HU162T also fails.
    But fail less than A9.
Managed to open with key cut, but not close. The A9 couldn't even do that. The side cuts is the problem, on both machines.
When attaching the HU162T blade to the Dolph, I used a HU101 as a tool. I cut a bit of the end, where the Roller pin is attached. Removing any sharp edges.
And it worked quite good as a spacer. To fasten the blade to the clamp. When needed to place the blade in horizontal position.

Earlier with the HU64 I managed to do different types of blades. One blade style, open the door fine. But not close. The other blade style, do not open. But closes fine.

But the A9 struggle even more on these.
Except for the old W203 style, which is good. Just needs to grind off a little bit of metal at the top of the key blade (Key ring side). So the end of the tip, will be touching the small metal measure tool.
There is about 1mm in difference. And there is the CN factory of the blades, who makes this small error in production. And made me an headache, before I found this easy solution.

Not talking about the #1358, but another vehicle.
