if the condor xc-mini had a fully working custom key tool or even fully functional bluetooth so it could connect to the apps custom key tool it would literally be a 3-4 times better of a machine

imagine having the correct cutting profile whenever you needed it

on the app's custom key tool for the dolphin there is a place you can make custom key files and share them with the rest of the community

Still doesnt do dimple keys either. Advertising says it does. Havent seen an option or even a custom key tool for it, so we could do it ourrselves. I asked samic about this, and the not very good existing custom key tool at the MLA show last year, and he said it would get better. It hasnt. No changes. I told him the updates with no text saying what was different, so we could choose when to update, why do that ? He didnt have a good reason. I get the feeling its no longer a supported product.
Although I have one of these machines, I'm disappointed its not better supported. With much less effort than it takes to bring out a new machine they could have made the existing machines so much better.
I wont buy another key cutting machine from them again as a result of this lack of support.

They been putting out the same exact garbage machine for over seven years and haven't changed a single damn thing it still has all the same issues all the same problems and none of them ever got fixed

New Dolphin out of the box, all latest software and app updated, clamp calibration successful but everytime I go to key calibration or cut a key, just about to start milling and the machine turns itself off and on again quickly, loosing Bluetooth connection each time, so won't calibrate a key or cut a key.
Tried a key de-code and that works 100%. Any idea what is going on ??

Battery level says 100% butvas soon as I disconnect the mains it shuts down. I have checked, and it does have a battery fitted !
Brand new out of the box as well.
