i tried hu83 blade with xp005 machine firmware version 1.4.9 , use 1.5mm cutter, cut 2 type , hu83 , hu83 extra, both fine

what menu did you use ?

EDIT: issue resolved after full recalibration of machine.

I would recalibrate the whole setup as i installed the update after cutting one key then fully recalibrate machine after the update all good

Happy to report that a full recalibration ( Height level, cutting calibration, clamp calibration) managed to sort this issue out.

Today , just bad decode in 30% of case , never more get stuck in the lock .

it came out perfect but the car had gone so i could not check it

but the cuts where correct after checking them with a venier

I am now having issues with Dolphin cutting HON77 keys. Have three customers waiting These were working fine earlier this month.

Yeah, yesterday, but I am in a different timezone and didn´t got a reply until today. Talking about the usual stuff, updating the firmware (already 1.5.1), doing universal key duplication (I am cutting from code, cannot do it) and so.

I think it might be related to the latest V73 database, because it was working earlier this month. Do you know any easy way to roll the DB back?
