Does anyone have problem with Xhorse Dolphin 2 XP005L and broken probe? I tried to use universal key cut for Mitsubishi key Anna it broke two probe when it should cut the key blade... there's also a big problem to decode Mercedes keys... It's not possible to get in touch with the support...

They will reply, they are always helpful but you must be kind.
Probably problem with the negative on the machine.
These cables break easy.

Its cut correct 1311 - 1232 you don't say what machine you cut it on ?
I use the Dolphin & the Condor Plus 2 and they both cut the key same as your cut
but they both work perfect

I'm using the condor mini the first ones out.
It does cut the key but on some ignition,s the key falls out the barrel.
Am I perhaps using wrong software on this tool

Your cutter diameter, is set wrong.
That is why, it did cut to much.

It does look different then the ori key.
The Condor, did created a smoother key. That is a good thing.

Use a 1,5mm, sometimes 2.0, never a bigger diameter. And set the diameter correct.
Slowest moving speed. And cutter revs, high.

My issue is not the cut..
The cut works 100%
It's the cutting format that is incorrect because I've cut alot of these keys and some cuts depends on ignition cut it will cut the key correct but because of the cutting format the key slips out the ignition on the on position.
I have to put the key in my friends machine then it cuts the correct format.

I missread, yes, a key should stay in place.

The picture you posted, it does surely look about 0,5mm or so, to deep.



In some cases, i simply copy the key.
The tracing is very accured. With exception of the keys tip. The lead in, is not always ok.
This way, you will have the steeper slopes.

Xhorse support, they do read these topics.
Perhaps next update, they fix this BMW key.
