    KM03 v6.1.5: can't detect SX9 - solution: downgrading
v6.1.6: VA2 cannot be inserted into the lock - solution: downgrading
HU56: cutting in the adapter D the key doesn't turn in the lock - solution downgrading and using adapter C
HU56: cannot be detected in the adapter A

I want to go back to v6.1.0 but it doesn't detect anything in the adapter M1. The machine has been ruined since v6.1.1. Seriously, wtf?

Even a blade, that works one sided better, can be caused by bad conductivity.

The sx9, and some other Keys that Comes with a yellow collor coating, must be scraped.

A full charges battery, or charger attached, can improve the conductivity probing. Instead of blaming software.
    Be aware off this.

Load up, a good picture of the bad cut key,
Measure it with caliper, confirm manualy the decoding,
    To pinpoint the issues.

Also, the smal screw, needs to be used,
Not very tight, but pressing down, to prevent blade from turning when you clamp IT.

That could make a blade, smaller in width,
Depending, it being a right OR left blade.
    This might differ sligtly.

I see you replied to my post. What you are talking about does not relate to me as the cutter was perfect with 603. Some test I did not even move the key or clamp and just downgraded firmware and it worked perfect.

616, 615, 610... All give me no key detected error for TOY40 4-4. Im using the spacer sold by xhorse. Have cut over 50 of these keys with the spacer with 603 and had zero issues.

I reported it to the tech support via the xhorse app. They claim Im putting it wrong on the clamp. ???
I report it again and this time they say the solution is to lift it up more. Im already using spacer. Any more and key will fall off. ???

I did the following test. I put the key in the clamp with the spacer and got the no key detected error with all the firmwares I listed above. I even sent them a video. I did not touch key or moved clamp and downgraded to 603 and try cutting it. What do you know...It worked perfect. So how did I put key "wrong" like they say if it cuts on 603???

Hu56 on D clamp works great for me. Putting it on C clamp does not hold blank correctly as lip on left side gets in the way.

Despite the fact that the C clamp doesn't hold the HU56 correctly, it works.

I've decoded and cut first key (Hu92) on my brand new Condor Dolphin today. Success. Impressed. Very nice. Advice for first timers. Watch some calibrating videos. Change axis speed and moving speed speed from High to Medium. Keep your hands very clean, wipe all clamps and probe, clean key very well (leave no dirt at all!) when decoding. This will prevent you from breaking the probe.

I also would like to see all current bugs log (confirmed by more than one person), with update when particular bug is fixed. So anyone would know which keys better not to cut at this moment with this machine. It's impossible to read 111 pages for that, it must be in the FIRST post, visible right away and being updated. Should I start new thread for that?

Xhorse Dolphin XP-005, app. version 1.9.9, firmware version 1.4.4

While they are fixing it, for example , I threw my card under va6. The truth is not very convenient, it was made in a hurry, but it will go to the correction. Although it is still a question of when it will be. ?
