I got xc-mini plus today, but the display does not turn on.
Is there power switch other than main power button?

Yes I warned about this somewhere

You need to scrape key with a file

It is aluminum and has layer of oxide that is non-conductive

Scratch key a lot on sides where it touches clamp and on tip of key and where wafers touch then you will get a good read

I did this on a landrover

    Same thing broke tracer

Then I figure it out need to scratch key so it will conduct electricity for probe
The thanks button is HERE looks like this --->>> THANKS

    Guys

Hoe often do you calibrate this piece of s**t. Today tried to cut h64 blade. Made 10 blades and only one could close the door but not open.
Original blade hu64 duplicated on hu64-3

May be i do something wrong who knows.

    I never calibrated it
I also done one update,1 year ago.
When I cut hu64 I check machine if decoding ok,when when touching the bites.
Sometimes does not decode well, you can actually see it during decoding.
If does not decode well,I decode by eye and than cut.if decode well I just take the bytes and choose hu64-3 on cutting by bites and input the bytes..
It's a bit tricky but it works!
    Good luck!

How to determine which hu64 to choose?

I use this. Some times get Suc6 but mostly not. Yesterday cut 10 Keys none of them worked. Only one could close door but not open it.

As some users told you, first decode as hu64, see if it's decoding ok, if not, try other options, and always cut as hu64-3. I never had problems.

I found another solution for GT15R and other keys not long enough.
Simply bought a second M1 clamp, and did cut the clamp directly to have more room for such keys
