Shows only 00000000C0000000
Anyone encountered this situation?

hi put off disconect usb wait few min. after connect soft clear all data with repair tool . and finaly try old 5.17
for me when i try 5.20 same error whith midle screen black and color after fex update . its ok

Just tested the HU162-10 and it’s not cutting the side cuts on the correct edge, not sure about the 9 or 8 but the 8 does still only have 4 depths

Is there a way to get the data off the condor to modify and sort these problems?

I’ve tried to make my own with instacode and load but it isn’t easy for the side cuts on HU162, I did make the new ford hu101 internal and works ignition fine but door lock only turns one way

I'm still having issues getting my XC-007 working. I just need to load the firmware back onto the machine, but it seems that the firmware doesn't exist on the xhorse server. Has anyone managed to reprogram the machine in this situation using an sd card or using data from their laptop/pc without needing access to data from server? I've had some help from a guy called Samic via Skype and he has remote controlled my laptop a couple of times, but as yet it isn't fixed. The machine has only cut a handful of keys in its life, and This must be a straightforward fix. The laptop update tool enabled me to wipe the ROM in the machine far too easily.

I have been considering buying several key programmers from Xhorse, but this would put me off for life using them again if the machine is not recoverable. Has anyone else had this same issue in recent times? Thanks.

my condor doesnt seem to like the cold, i leave in the van sometimes and gets to 0C overnight in england, sometimes less

gives errors when first decoding or starting, and "clonks" with motor movements a bit,

self test motor movements a few times sorts the issue, what temperature should this machine cope with?

hi , for the machine , is better keep it more than 0℃ .or keep it in one place which air dry , dont make the machine freeze ,

yes , mini condor can cut the hu162t side , you need use the blank key or something to fix the hu162t key , also use the 1.5 mm cutter , do the calibration if has deviation of cutting , you can add that skype :xhorse-support 2 if anything you need ,
