I tested 3 cars JC (2013/2014), 2 normal cars and one keyless, the keyless car gave problems while trying to flash the dash. The can bus is only 10 seconds alive so the car could not be flashed (init error). Software takes too much time to load the flash and start flashing, car dead but can be solved.

Bought full Smok and had it delivered today , all I got was UDHS box and obd2 lead , I need to do VW Golf and Passat both with Johnson Controls speedo, do I need JTag or eeprom adapters to sort these dashes or are they totally obd2 now ??

I think newer go JC obd2 job. With jtag need reset data area in MCU. Pflash is no problem but Dflash is secured and non programe part. Now not exist way. Its good so slovak sell security access to mcu. If not still is alcatraz.
Now is possible reset only mileage but flashing counter not

what is your engine ecu ?
you will also del all DTC presents in all ecu

does the trafic 2018 still has same issues like clio4: gives incorrect information about trip average consumption, how many km's left to drive with current gastank, on the lcd screen in dash?
(this happens when you block abs in clio4).

Yes same problem with Trafic, trip, consumption doesn't work after mileage change...

i've done 1 keyless with succes. only last step by obd didnt work on first try (when you begin dash is black), but eventuelly it worked. i guess i was lucky.
but how to fix if dash stops during flashing and dash go's black? i guess need to restore flash some way.
