If you working on old MM cluster , this is not secure MCU. But i do not see option to read /write flash in J-tag for unsecure MCU.
Car-prog is king for this job.
Anyway,
If you have MCU out , Use picture HC908 and no need green wire.
If you working on cluster direct, connection in pictures, white and gray need to lift leg.

Hi i have a cls 2011 w218 diesel can i do it whit smok via obd ?
do i need to adjust km in ezs too or its enough to adjust in dash?
Only dash not possible only if you can block the sync betwern dash and ezs. Other wise need to make ezs virgin and program dash and ezs will take dash km. Remember that in mercedes also stored in much more modules like ecu ,cgw , batterymodule, parking brake
What is the best tool to delete in this modules?

Yugo it's secured HC08 and first I must read Sec Bytes. To read it Smok has diagram in Help (must lift one pin more and solder coax cable). I couldnt do it though.... I will work on it. I did it with X-prog but lost a lot of time with fu......g Chineese crap Motorola shit MCU's that cant write. The main problem for me working on this ones are good files (Eeprom+Flash) to write in new MCU. That's why I think of buying Carprog but if I have files I wouldnt have to... Carprog has their own files as I know and you can use them only with their hardware.
