The MCU is S6J3001LSJ, but in the latest models (Yaris 2021 Hybrid and not Hybrid) i could not read it any more. I don' know what has changed. Please note there is also a RH66 chip, but the km ata is not stored in it.

Please let me know if you have success reading this MCU. Please note that i read many S6J3001LSJ in RAV4,Corolla,Yaris etc. but it didn't work for me with Yaris 2021 Hybrid and Yaris 2021 not Hybrid. I have no explanation for that, and i'll be very happy to know that you could read it.

Since 2021 they simply started to protect spansion mcu this is why we cannot read it

I can't see in UUPROG-S the mcu S6J3001LSJ...
I am using DASHCODER to read it, or SMOK, but DASHCODER is easier to use. Any way i could not read it with both of them.

Are you sure it is secured ? Could it be the changed something else in the PCB that prevents the reading or they are using different communication method ?
I hate the idea that Toyota began to secure their clusters. I will have to damage some of them while they are under guarantee.

I am not sure if this dash has used JTAG connection for programming, it has a JTAG pad on its back.

I cannot read also thru UART connection, I check The UART PAD if connected to the pin of MCU and everything is OK. so I veriefied that my connections are all correct. It cannot be read.

I have 2 Yaris GT here that need to adjust mileage...

Why do you think it is secured ? Does your tool message you when data is protected ?
My tool behaves as it can not read it, but no sign for data protection, so i can not be sure about it.
It could be clock frequency changed, or some resistor added and pull one of the pins to VDD or GND.
The point is that i can't tell for sure that this MCU is secured, or something was changed in the HW of this cluster.
We shell keep on trying, until it will work, hopefully...
