I had the same problem last week, it worked before now i get a security access ready then message sucurity access result not answer, i sent the logfile to smok but no answer. Jumpy 2018. I opened the dash and saw a 70F3529.

Proberly it`s a problem with older <sn5000 interfaces.

Same problem on jumpy 2018, just buy PT0015 and PT0016. We need solution....

Transit custom 2017 ( not rh850 ) changed mileage as always but now showing error with front camera configuration , washer fluid level problem ?? and instrument panel not configured ??? any experience with this

i use smok uhds once in month or few weeks and allways have to download new version because it stops working normaly that is realy big shit,only waste my time.have also x-tool it works perfect,no need daily updates cost cheaper and have many functions.if you like updates every day and install new software smok is perfect tool
