I bought Xprog-m version 4.5 in the plastic case (Chinese clone) and accidentally updated March release Device Programmer Desktop downloaded from the official site. As a result, lost all the authorization. Please recommend me which version should I upgrade to return authorizations.

Jus wanted 2 know if any of you guys have bought an x-prog m from china????

i was looking 2 buy 1 but some of the sellers havnt got all authorizations or the ones dat have, they only got 50 trys to use 912 secured feature like how the tacho universal was like. Any suggestions????????

You can't restore authorizations mate. You've to find ATMEL dump and program it again to make your xprog working again.

Anybody try to use XPROG-M as BDM tool?
Yesterday I try to read EDC16 via BDM connection. It works fine.
But I don't know if XPROG-M can generate Checksum when programming?

No, xprog donot make checksum in writing. Do you can send me picture how connect Xprog to EDC16, or SID 803.... or write how this connect, BDM100 use different pins (only 10 pins) then Xprog (12pins) in BDM pads in ecu. But checksum is automatic in BDM100 for flash only, for MPC and E2P is not in writing too.

did anybody recognize that xprog is destroying Flash to FFFFF in many cases, especially at 9s12 secured, but also at HC05 and HC08. did anybody have same problems?

I bought XPROG-M clone Chinese. Unfortunately, we do not have all the authorization. Inside, all sealed with glue. I read all posts from this topic. Authorization is in the processor ATmega64 but none of the forum users do not have dump. I have to buy a new processor with full authorization?

Hello.
I am a beginner, so I need some help.
Just bought X-prog m - it came only with adapters and usb cable.
I try to read M95080 Eeprrom in the dip socket, but after I click read it only writes initialising device and it does nothing else.
It is broken, or I did something stupid?
