Mercedes w203 sound problem

Hi everyone
I have a mercedes w203 with Comand 2.0 radio and some time I have problem with audio sound. In some cases the navi is turned on and evening is ok but no audio sound. This problem often appear when the navi is hot. Example when I start the car is everything ok, after some km if I turn off the car and start again I haven't audio. If I left navi for turn off for 30 min and turn on again everything is ok. So any help please

Hi!
You wrote if you turn off the car after some km then the audio going off. What would happen if you didn't turn off the car? Would you have sound?
I have a feeling that it is a software related problem. After 30min all modules goes to sleep mode and actually you reset some parameters when you turn on the audio equipment. If you have a temperature issue with the audio equipment then the audio would going off without turning off the car.

If I didn't turn off the car I have soud without problem. When I have sound everything is ok and radio work fine for all time, but only when I turn off the car or the radio (because when I turn off car and radio turn off automatically) and turn on again I have no sound. And I turn off the radio and let it for some minute turned off and when I turn on again is ok

Is the radio off or just the soind is muted?
