Yes it needs to be paired to your BID now. You have Tech2? Or Opcom?

Ok, use the carpass code (or read c56 / c66 in display if you don't know car code) then just "activate theft protection" using Opcom buddy

I was trying to look the cardpass but the previous owner lost it. I am using a CH341A EEPROM Programmer, but the 95640 SMD I think the read is wrong...

I can read/write 24 25 93c eeprom without prob

Nope, I was using the code 7316 that someone gave me using the GM code for my radio.

If that Blaupunkt 95640 dump that you just posted above was the old radio which was already married to the car/display before, then the code you should be using to fit your shiny new CD30 MP3 "Aux" unit is 3021 bud....

Kier20An Thank you so much!, I was able to divorce my previous Radio and Lock the new one with the new code. The steps for anyone who needs it are:

1. Open OPCOM
2. Goto Radio Options
3. Programming
4. Desactivate Theft Protection (Type the original radio code (You must have the original radio and display installed))
5. Goto Measurement
6. See if the "Theft Protection" displays "Delivery State"
7. Turn off the car
8. Install the new Radio
9. Open OPCOM
10. Goto Radio Section
11. Press on Activate Theft Protection
12. Type the original radio password (That came with the car) (Mine was 3021)
13. Goto measurement
14. See if the Theft Protection says "ID OK"
15. Turn off the car and remove OPCom
16. Turn on the car and you should have a perfectly paired Display with Radio.
