    Default MC9S12DG128 - 3L40K - problem with reading UPA, Carprog and Xprog

    Hello. I need to read dump from MC9S12DG128, mask 3L40K. It is from Astra H CIM module. I try with UPA, XPROG and CARPROG - no result.
    I connected it like in XPROG documetation: 23 -BKGD, 40 - GND, 41 - VDD (+5V), 42 - RESET. I think it is correct.

    CARPROG:

    In carprog i am using A10 cable.
    Red --> 41
    Brown --> 40
    Blue --> 42
    Gray -->23

    Oscilator is AUTO. When try to read there are only 5 attempts to read and nothing. The same with or without external power.

    UPA:
    In UPA i connected it:

    9 --> 41
    7 --> 42
    5 --> 40
    6 --> 23

    Oscilator AUTO. If reset is not modified i have error: "Reset High Error". If I lift reset there is: "Device not respond". The same situation with USB power and external power.

    XPROG:

    XPROG.jpg

    No matter with adapter or without. Still error: "bootloader initialising error. Can`t to access BDM"

    Please, help me. What I do wrong?

    Ok, i read it like secured MCU. There is a BIG progress, connected to MCU and read eeprom. But during VERIFY there are a differences in some bytes.
    I connected it like:
    XPROG2.jpg
    Is need 12-14 cm EXTAL twisted with GND?
    I dont remove EXTAL from PCB but only remove capacitor after them.

    Hello one more time. I have still problems with xprog. After last reading I dont use my xprog. Today i try to read one more time mask 3L40K and... nothing. Connected the same as before. When i try to read this MCU there is CHECKING DEVICE and green LED on xprog, after few seconds there is INITIALIZING DEVICE, led change on RED and info DEVICE IS SILENT. RED led is still ON, turn of only when i disconnect USB cable. I also try to read the same MCU as at first but the same situation. What can be wrong?
