VW Passat 2.5 TDI EDC15VM+ MAF to MAP switch

Hello Guys,
We're modding a 2002 VW Passat with the 2.5 TDI 150cp engine, and can't get through with the MAF to MAP conversion in this EDC15VM+.. tried almost everything.
Anyone who can help with a TESTED version, is welcome.
I dont BEG for free help! I PAY if it really works.

I attach ori file. The car at this moment has mounted a 4BAR MAP sensor.
