Just guessing here,
IF adblue was added with ignition on and instrument panel software was made by an engineer, then you may end up with this situation,if removing battery leads didn't work,try with diag on dash and hit whatever you can eg actuator test,adapting whatever you find there,erase fault codes even if there aren't any...
Leave the battery leads off for 24 hours(works on some older cars)
Jump on one leg around the car...A failure will not appear till a unit has passed final inspection
