carprog deice not seen in device manager and also carprog software

i understand that the driver should install for this after the activation but after activation carprog software jus open as it should but still device not seen.

any idear what the issue is.?
im running on win 7 x64 is that the issue x64? needs to be x32

The driver must be installed even if you do not have software for carprog.
If the driver is not installed, then probably your device is broken

brand new device version 8.21 online - pluged in green light on carprog but not recognized pc doesnt detect it...


either way i will rework/reflash it..... thanks for the activation anyway..
